Retail Positions

Join our retail team at the garden centre and nursery! We look for new team members who can provide a friendly and positive customer experience. Our retail positions include:

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Process customer purchases and collect payment
  • Support customer issues and questions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Support daily tasks

Requirements: 

  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Landscaping Positions

Do you love spending time outdoors as much as we do? Join our landscaping team! 

We provide landscape design and installation in the Tri-Cities and are looking for hardworking people who have an eye for detail and a green thumb. 

Our landscaping positions include:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team and overseeing the installation of softscape features such as new gardens, trees, sod and decorative rocks. Providing garden maintenance services to a regular set of clients.

Requirements: 

  • Education in Horticulture or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of maintaining and installing plant material.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Focused and strong attention to detail.
  • Operation of machinery such as small loaders and skid steers. (training provided)
  • Proficient in safe operation of a truck and trailer combination.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and not be intimidated by physical work.
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather.
  • Have a valid Ontario class G license with a clean driving abstract.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team to install softscape features such as new gardens, trees, sod, and decorative rocks. Providing garden maintenance services to a regular set of clients.

  • Driving a truck and trailer to job sites.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and not be intimidated by physical work.
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather.
  • Have a valid Ontario class G license with a clean driving abstract.
